IDL Administrator |
Overall Ladder Administrator. Directs the IDL's Purpose and Vision. All Policy decisions are made by him. Anything on this site goes through Karash first. He also is the IDL webmaster. If you have any complaints, comments, or other opinions about the IDL or this website and wish to voice them, Karash is the man to contact. |

IDL Programmer |
Responsible for the guts of the ladder...CGI. Donut builds and maintains all CGI operations of the ladder. This includes adding new features for members, fixing bugs, and overall system integrity. Please note that the IDL would not be here today if it was not for the awesome work and time that Donut has put into this project. In short, the IDL is nothing without him. |

Policy Advisor |
Primary advisor to policy and rule systems on the IDL. Much of the rule structure and "extras" found on this site is a direct result of his work. Originally responsible for the War Journal, and various First Tier Statistical research, he is now primarily advising the head administrator. A former Head Administrator himself, he has the experience and wisdom of many situations that have been present on this ladder. |

IDL Graphics |
Original Graphic Artist. Dents provided the IDL with professional graphics for two years, which helped launch the ladder to its current height. He also assisted with webmastering and HTML work for the website, as well as significant policy and advisory contributions. Many of his graphics are still in prominent use by the IDL. |

IRC Operator |
fathom maintains the Ladder's own IRC channel #300baud on Efnet. If you do not know what IRC is, we invite you to grab an IRC client and hang out with the staff on our channel. Another good site is http://www.mirc.org. fathom also maintains additional sites if the need arises, and he moderates the IDL's Descent News and Announcements forum. |
